FCC Chairman Brendan Carr’s war on the First Amendment


As Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, Brendan Carr has authority over the nation’s television, radio and Internet. But since Donald Trump was elected to a second term, Carr has used that power to threaten broadcasters who exercised their free speech rights to make jokes about the president. He was even able to convince ABC to briefly pull Jimmy Kimmel from his late night show. like Edge said editor-in-chief Nilay PatelCarr’s mission is to “get rid of the First Amendment.” We will closely follow the FCC Chairman’s attempts to undermine Americans’ constitutional rights.
