I’m big Pro-no-heat, which means I get great use out of it Portable fans Whenever I can – sporting events, walks, on the couch as a passive aggressive way of telling my husband it’s time to turn on the air conditioning. Sometimes, one needs one’s hands for other things, and that’s where the neck fan comes into play.
I’ve tried multiple models over the years, and this lightweight design from JisuLife is my favorite, it’s easy to wear, the fan noise isn’t too loud, and it’s on sale now. Plus, it comes in five colors of “greaseproof” (according to the description, and no, I don’t know what it means) ABS plastic, including the green version pictured below.
The JisuLife doesn’t have the strongest airflow, and the tips can’t adjust to the angle of the air, like other fans do. Also, if you have kids, wearing it in public will definitely scare them. But I’d gladly trade a reduction in fan features and a dose of passive embarrassment for lighter weight—only about 9 ounces in this case. The JisuLife also has five speeds, and the 4,000 mAh battery lasts for several hours on the highest setting, which is plenty of time to keep you physically cool, but certainly not figuratively great for your kids.
If you want to win brownie points from your kids or have different priorities for portable fans, check out the other great fans on sale now.
