Aside from Apple, everyone seems to be doing it Clip-on earbuds These days, including Sennheiser. The company just announced the Accentum Clip Buds, which are scheduled to ship on July 23 in black or white. The only catch is that they won’t be coming to the US on that date, and it’s unclear when they will reach US retailers. However, Sennheiser says Canadians will be able to get it for $270 CAD (about $190).

I’m curious to hear how it looks compared to others Leading clip budswhich has become not only more comfortable and better designed, but also offers better performance compared to the early models that were installed. The Sennheiser Clip is equipped with 12mm drivers, Bluetooth 6.0, support for the LDAC audio codec for Android users (along with AAC for Apple users) and is rated for 9 hours of battery life on a single charge with an additional 27 hours in the charging case. It’s splash and dust resistant with an IP54 rating and weighs 6.8 grams per bud.

Sennheiser says the Accentum Clip is “tuned for clarity and powerful bass with smooth treble” and the earbuds use dynamic EQ to “smoothly compensate for tonal shifts” when turning up and down playback volume to “maintain balance while preventing unpleasant distortion.”
If the Canadian price is any indication, I suspect the Accentum Clip will cost around $200 when it’s finally released in the US. This is towards the premium end of the clip-on earbuds spectrum Sony LinkBuds clip and Shokz OpenDots one In a similar price range. Bose ultra-open headphoneswhich is $300, is currently discounted $200.
They fit like other clip buds.
