Google Drive users can now access text and search videos

After automatically created the illustrations created for videos last year, Google Drive is now launching search videos. Google Declare Starting from the two, users can now display text and search in their videos.

The new feature gets rid of the need to download video audio to a copy service like OTTER.

The texts will appear in a side bar next to the video player and will highlight the operative text currently while playing the video. Google says the new update is designed to facilitate users to find specific moments in a video search clip. In addition, it is easy for users to follow the video content.

To access video texts, you need to open a video clip with illustrations in Google Drive and click on the gear icon in the lower right corner of the video to open video settings. Then, you just need to select the “text” option.

It should be noted that your video must contain illustrations if you want to see a copy. You can find out if your video clip contains an illustration if the “CC” button is set in the lower right corner of the video player on an active.

You can add illustrations to a video by right -clicking on the right mouse on top and then select “Management of the Clear Carry Paths”. From there, you can select the “Create Automatic Carry Motions” button.

The new feature is launched in the coming weeks for all customers of the Google Work space, the individual Google Workspace subscribers and users who have personal Google accounts.
