Although they are still somewhat expensive for a set of six lights, I have found the Site Lights to be worth it for their sheer convenience and versatility. Each IPX4-rated bulb can illuminate your campsite for up to 20 hours on the lowest brightness setting — or six hours on the highest — allowing you to light your way back to your tent or cover a 1,000-square-foot space with ambient mood lighting. Additionally, the mountable lights can be easily placed on the six included ABS stakes, which can also be used as tent stakes when necessary. It’s a neat trick, although I wish the clamping mechanism for mounting the lights was a little more secure.

However, mounting options are only part of the equation. The site lights come with a solar-powered charging case that works similarly to a set of wireless earbuds. The clamshell charger provides enough power to charge each shatterproof bulb at least twice to a full battery, and when it gets low, simply put it in as you would a set of AirPods.
