a surprise! Nintendo StarFox Remake arrives for Switch 2 on June 25


Fox McCloud, appearing in super mario galaxy, It already seems like Nintendo has some sort of StarFox game up its sleeve sooner or later. On Wednesday, Nintendo made a surprise announcement about where StarFox is headed Switch 2 Pretty soon, even though it’s not a completely new game.

StarFox is a remake of the critically acclaimed StarFox 64, a Nintendo 64 game that can already be played on the N64 app on Nintendo Switch Online. However, the new StarFox has graphics that make the most of the Switch 2’s hardware. The footage shown in the video makes it look like one of the most impressive Switch 2 graphics displays yet.

There are additional challenge modes and online battle modes in this mode, which should add a lot to the mix. The game supports GameShare with other local Switches for multiplayer as well, including original Switches and Switch Lites. The Aiming has Joy-Con mouse controls as well.

Although it looks good, we still don’t know what the cost of a renewed StarFox franchise will be. But it looks to be another solid addition to Nintendo’s upcoming release calendar. The only thing missing now is… well, a new Mario game.
