the World Cup 2026 It’s getting closer, and fans who can’t attend games in person will have multiple ways to watch at home. peacock The company announced Wednesday that it will broadcast Telemundo’s coverage of the entire tournament in Spanish, which will now include access to an interactive table and home play feature.
Viewers will be able to watch two free games in Spanish, either on Peacock or the Telemundo app: Mexico vs. South Africa on June 11, and USA vs. Paraguay on June 12.
In a first for the NBCUniversal-owned platform, it is adding a Spanish-language FIFA World Cup hub to the app. Fans will be able to head there to watch live matches and access “replays, schedules, country and group-specific news, entertainment content and vertical highlights on mobile first.” After finding success with its Courtside Live and Rinkside features during the NBA season and the Winter Olympics, Peacock launches Pitchside Live, or Visión de Campo. It allows viewers to take in the action from vantage points close to the field.
As part of the Spanish-language app updates for FIFA, there’s a new feature that lets you create your own tournament brackets. Multiview is available in Spanish, along with Telemundo’s premium coverage in vertical video format. Fans can play along with World Cup trivia games in the app as well.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19, and Peacock will stream every match on both subscription plans.
