Apple appoints Johnny Srouji as Chief Device Officer

Apple has appointed Johnny Srouji as its new Director of Devices, effective immediately Announcement on Monday. He replaces current head of hardware engineering John Ternos, who will do so He will replace Tim Cook as CEO in SeptemberWhile Cook becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Suruji joined Apple in 2008 and previously served as senior vice president of hardware technologies.
