If you pay attention to Apple account on Tik Tok during MacBook Neo debutsYou may have seen a little blue and white man hanging around in one video. The nerdy little bullet guy (who sounds quite academic with his specs) has yet to get an official name. However, the Internet dubbed him “Lil Finder Guy”, thanks to his resemblance to the Finder app icon.
This hardworking mascot has returned quite often new Tik Tok Videos on Apple’s account — where the company appears to be building a large mosaic thumbnail of Lil Finder Guy — and he’s already gaining fans online.
It appears that a mini mosaic of Lil Finder Guy is being created on Apple’s TikTok account. Expect at least three more videos with the mascot soon.
Although it’s not showing up on your desktop yet, Lil Finder Guy’s ties to file management could make it an alternative to Clippy-esque character On Apple computers. Clippy was Microsoft’s infamous animated paper clip that helped people use Microsoft Office in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
