Batter Up: T-Mobile’s free MLB.TV offering returns just in time for Opening Day


Major League BaseballThe 2026 season starts next week (Wednesday, March 25 to be exact). T-Mobile Comes back with one of the most Popular franchises: A free one-year subscription to MLB.TVthe organization’s official streaming platform for all things baseball. You can claim benefits through the T-Life app beginning Tuesday, March 24 at 5 a.m. ET until 4:59 a.m. ET on Tuesday, March 31.

Free subscription, valued at $150, applies only to outside the market Regular season games. Meaning, if you want to follow your favorite local team’s matches, you’ll need to watch those matches elsewhere. However, it’s worth noting that you can listen to live audio of all MLB games with this deal.

In related news, MLB presents Flow in the market For more than 20 teams this year. However, this feature is not included in the T-Mobile MLB.TV freebie.

This baseball season will also introduce the Automated Ball Strike (ABS) system, powered by T-Mobile’s 5G network. The ABS system will be officially operational Debuted on opening nightwhen the Giants take on the Yankees in the first live MLB game on Netflix. The new system, which has been used in the minor leagues since 2022, allows players to challenge home umpire calls. The goal is to ensure the right calls are made.

To take advantage of T-Mobile’s Annual Baseball Benefit, you’ll need to be a subscriber of an eligible plan, which includes T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, 5G Home Internet, Fiber, or small business services.
