Replit stumbles to $9 billion valuation 6 months after reaching $3 billion


Replit, the bio-coding sensation, has achieved another breakthrough in finance. Company Announce Wednesday it raised a $400 million Series D at a $9 billion valuation, led by previous investor Georgian Partners. Other participating investors include G Squared, Prysm Capital, Coatue, Andreessen Horowitz, Craft Ventures, Y Combinator, Accenture Ventures, Okta Ventures, and Databricks Ventures.

This follows The $3 billion valuation the startup achieved in Septemberwhen it raised a $250 million round. At the time, Replet said it was on track to achieve $150 million in annual revenue. Replit has not published updated and current ARR numbers, but the company said so Forbes It hopes to achieve annual recurring revenue of $1 billion by the end of the year.
