It’s not just you. If you tried to indulge in some retail therapy on Thursday, you may have had trouble accessing mega shopping site Amazon.

According to DownDetector, owned by CNET’s parent company Ziff Davis, payment issues were the most reported issue, with 38% of reports, followed by mobile app reports at 18%. Product page errors resulted in 13% of reports.

The total number of reports to DownDetector as of Thursday at 1:30 PM PT is 159,997.

DownDetector reported that no specific connection provider was highlighted from the report data, indicating that the disruption is not limited to any particular network.

An Amazon representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment. But Amazon Help account on X Posted a message about the outage.

“We are sorry that some customers may be experiencing issues,” the message read. “We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.”
