The Pro 3 is a great, ergonomic controller, and the interchangeable magnetic face buttons are one of its most important features. You can adjust the button layout from Switch to Xbox, or replace it with the unlabeled button faces included with each controller. In terms of hardware features, the Pro 3 is similar to the Ultimate 2, having TMR joysticks, triggers with adjustable stops, and additional macro buttons. However, one major difference is that it has a PlayStation-style stick design. It can liven up the Switch 2, but its turbulent performance lags behind some of our favorite Switch 2 consoles.
