Crunchyroll is raising its prices in the US and “select international markets,” including its first price increase to its lowest level since 2019.
The Fan tier will increase from $7.99 per month to $9.99 per month.
The Mega Fan tier will increase from $11.99 per month to $13.99 per month.
The Ultimate Fan Tier will increase from $15.99 per month to $17.99 per month.
If you have an existing monthly subscription, you’ll see the higher price on your next bill date after March 4.
However, with the changes, Crunchyroll is actually adding a feature to the Fans category, which is the less expensive option. With the Fan Tier, you will now be able to download content for offline viewing on a single device, a feature previously available starting with the Mega Fan Tier.
Other streaming platforms, incl HBO Max, Paramount Plusand Disney PlusIt has also recently seen price increases. Crunchyroll’s new price increases across the board follow the increases introduced In 2024 For Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan categories.
