Wait, is there a Trump Phone Ultra coming too?

Where is Trump’s phone? We will continue to talk about it every week. We reached out as usual to ask about the whereabouts of Trump’s phone. As usual, we are still waiting for a response. In the meantime, it turns out we may have two Trump phones to worry about.

The Trump Phone may be nothing more than a whisper in the wind, but Trump Mobile is already planning a second phone. One of the company’s top executives revealed in an interview that a “T1 Ultra” phone is also in the works, although we know less about it than we do about the first phone.

These unexpected comments were made by Don Hendrickson, one of the three Trump Mobile executives who appeared on stage at the service’s launch. Describe it next As head of mobile operations. Last November, he said Talk to trade publishing Wireless Trader Magazine In an interview that has gone largely unnoticed so far, but ends with an exciting tease about the company’s future devices.

“Our next major step is the launch of the T1 Ultra.”

“We are focused on evolving with our customers by offering more powerful tools that fit their lives,” Hendrickson said. “Our next major step is the launch of the T1 Ultra – a premium device that builds on the success of the original T1 with enhanced performance, upgraded features and the same bold design that America prides itself on.”

“The T1 Ultra will deliver a first-class user experience while staying true to our mission of combining value, function and a national brand. As we expand, we expect to see more integrated services, exclusive perks and new product levels – always centered around the same promise: delivering more than just wireless and doing it the Trump℠ Mobile way,” he added.

There’s a lot to unpack here. The first is the claim that it builds on “the success of the original T1,” a phone that is now five months late and counting, prompting Democratic lawmakers to write to the FTC. Calling for an investigation into it. Can an unreleased phone really be a success? I suppose it depends on how many $100 deposits the company has taken, although as I mentioned last week, We still don’t know what that number looks like.

The regular T1 phone is still MIA.

Unsurprisingly, the phone bears the “Ultra” tag, as it is clear that the new phone will have “improved performance” and “improved features,” although Hendrickson is vague about the details. The original T1 promises budget specs at a mid-range price – although we still don’t know some key elements like the chipset it uses – so there’s plenty of room for the Ultra to improve.

The name, of course, resonates Samsung Galaxy S Ultra linealthough similar brands have been adopted by the likes of Xiaomi, Vivo and Asus (to cut), oppo, hon. These phones mostly feature the latest flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, triple or quad rear cameras with advanced telephoto lenses, and cost $1,000. Anything similar would be a big jump from the $499 T1, although the promise of “new product levels” suggests an ambition to reach other price points in the future as well.

Then there is manufacturing. After learning from the initial Trump Mobile Made in America is backHendrickson only says that the T1 Ultra will have a “proud-American design,” which is the same wording currently used to describe the T1. We haven’t yet been able to find out exactly what that means, or specifically how gold we should expect the T1 Ultra to be. Can the design that America prides itself on compete with Chinese retail giant JD.com, which appears to be about to start selling? Solid gold iPhone cases For up to $16,000?

However, there is still reason to doubt the T1 Ultra, beyond the obvious. Hendrickson claims that “customers are drawn to the exclusive T1 Ultra” and “eager to buy it,” which is impossible for a phone that had not been mentioned publicly before this interview was published. Were the T1 and T1 Ultra mixed up together, or was this a pre-written interview that was meant to air live after the full Ultra announcement that never happened?

“Delivering more than just wireless, and doing it the Trump℠ Mobile way.”

Ultra isn’t the only interesting thing about Hendrickson’s interview. He also claims to have been the originator of the Trump Mobile idea, claiming that he “approached the concept” because “they know how to build movements, not just companies.” And now we know who to thank for all this.

And if you’re wondering about the strange “Trump℠,” which you may have seen before in places like… Trump Mobile website in small printIt is a service mark symbol — a variant of the trademark used for services, not physical products, which indicates that Trump brand of mobile phone industry The application has been submitted but has not yet been approved. It’s another element of Trump Mobile that is still more fantasy than reality.

As always, Trump Mobile did not respond to my request for comment.
