It does not offer any transactions within the island that directly or indirectly affect the prize wheels.

The examples below are not allowed:

Luck boost that can improve results on the prize wheel

In-game content that can be used to purchase a spin on the prize wheel

Any spin on the prize wheel, such as a single spin, an extra spin, or a combination of spins.
