Verizon-owned Visible offers outage credits as well

As spotted 9to5Googlea message sent to Visible customers explains: “We let you down yesterday and we’re sorry. We’re offering you a $5 credit toward your next month of service that can be redeemed after January 16 when you pay with a credit card online.”

It was the same message Shared by a user on the visual subreddit On Thursday, though, the user reported that they had no issues related to the Verizon outage. Some users responded to the post commenting that they also received a $5 credit, but only after contacting customer support.
