Lego Smart Brick: Watch an immersive 15-minute demo as if you were with us at CES

the Lego smart brick Our won Best in Show award At CES 2026, no surprise after seeing Lego designer Maarten Simons’ expert demo there. So I thought: Why not let you attend the same technology demo I did? Before I left Las Vegas, I snuck back into the Lego booth to shoot a 15-minute, uncut video about what these bricks can do.

I happened to bring an unusual camera to Las Vegas this year: a Qoocam Q3 Ultra modified to capture VR180 images By Siang Chi. It creates stereoscopic 3D spatial video that you can experience in a headset (like the Meta Quest), tap to drag on a flat screen, or even tilt using the sensors on your phone.

To watch it on your Quest headsetyou’ll need to click on this video here On the site or Click this YouTube link While signed in to your Google account. Then open YouTube VR application On your headset, tap your profile picture at the top right, then select the History tab. The latest video should be there.

For best results, click the gear icon, and set the video resolution to the highest level (most likely 2160 seconds). We’ve been recording and uploading in 8K, not just 4K, but for some reason YouTube hasn’t shown us the full resolution yet. Fingers crossed it will show up later!

If for any reason this video stops working, you can find my original Lego Smart Brick hands-on video On YouTube, Instagramor Tik Tokand pinned below.

Is VR180 something subscribers would like to see more of? Let us know, but make no promises – your video workflow isn’t as easy as I’d hoped!
