Anker’s AeroFit 2 Pro can be worn as open-back headphones or ANC earbuds

Anker announced a new version of its AeroFit Pro headphones at CES 2026 that give you the option to hear the world around you, or block it out with ANC. The traditional design of open headphones leaves your ears wide open, but Anker’s new Soundcore AeroFit 2 Pro features an adjustable earhook design that can be used to reposition the drivers at the entrance to the ear canal, creating a seal that enables both passive and active noise cancellation.

Two sensors in each earbud are used to recognize how you are wearing the AeroFit 2 Pro and automatically recalibrate the EQ to ensure “consistent and optimized audio performance across both listening modes.” In earphone mode, the AeroFit 2 Pro uses six microphones and Soundcore’s Adaptive ANC 3.0 system to adjust noise-cancelling performance up to 180 times per second to adapt to changing environmental conditions. But don’t expect ANC performance to rival the noise-canceling capabilities of the flagship earbuds Sony or Boss.

Despite using smaller 11.8mm drivers than the 16.2mm drivers found in the original AeroFit Pro, the new version has a much shorter battery life. The originals offered up to 14 hours of playback boosted to 46 hours with their charging case, but the new AeroFit 2 Pro gets up to 7 hours (34 hours with the case) in open-ear mode, or just 5 hours (24 hours with the case) in ANC earbuds mode. The AeroFit 2 Pro will be too Available through the Soundcore online store Starting January 6, 2026 for $179.99. It will be launched in a matte black color option first, but will later be available in glossy white, matte purple and glossy blue.

The new Sleep A30 Special Edition also gets a small battery that lasts up to 10 hours when using Bluetooth and ANC, or up to 50 hours when paired with its charging case. Battery life can be boosted by up to 16 hours on the buds alone for extended overnight use, but this is while listening to hidden audio on the device and with ANC turned off. The Sleep A30 Special will be too Available through the Soundcore online store Starting January 6, 2026 for $199.99.

Anker’s new Soundcore headphones are paired with a new palm-sized Bluetooth speaker called the Boom Go 3i. It has a 4,800 mAh battery which gives it up to 22 hours of battery life, but this is done while using the power-saving “eco mode” which limits performance and features. Expect it to be much shorter with the volume maxed out and using the Boom Go 3i’s LED lighting. The Boom Go 3i delivers up to 15 watts of sound, which is much louder The similarly sized Pop Party speaker from JLabIt is expected to be priced between $65 and $80 when it launches in March 2026.
