Belkin has announced a new version of One of their first accessories for Switch 2 At CES 2026. The Pro Charging Case for Nintendo Switch 2 holds the same 10,000 mAh internal battery as the original, but it’s been redesigned so you don’t need to remove the battery to charge it, and you no longer need a short cable to connect it to the console.
On the outside of the Charging Case Pro you’ll now find a USB-C port that makes charging the internal battery more convenient, along with a small display that shows the remaining battery life. The inside of the original version of the case was designed to support the Switch 2 using the portable’s own foldable stand, but the new Pro version comes with its own adjustable stand, built into its redesigned battery. Similar to the Switch 2’s insertion into its dock, the console connects to a USB-C port that provides power when placed on the stand.
The new case also has a lid to hold game cartridges, a mesh pocket to store other accessories, and a hidden compartment to store trackers like an AirTag or one of Tile’s devices. It also comes with a $30 price increase. Belkin’s original charging case for the Nintendo Switch 2 launched last June for $69.99, but the new Pro version is now available for $99.99.
