LG’s first Dolby FlexConnect soundbar lets you place your speakers anywhere


LG has unveiled its first group of devices Dolby Atmos FlexConnect speakers, LG Sound Suite, which also includes soundbar for the first time.

The company revealed four speakers – the H7 tweeters, the M7 and M5 surround speakers, and the W7 subwoofer – ahead of Consumer Electronics Show 2026. The TV needs to support built-in FlexConnect, although if users own the H7 soundbar, it can act as a ‘master device’ for the rest of the range and can therefore be added to any TV.

FlexConnect It’s a Dolby surround system that debuted last year with the TCL Z100, and it enables users to place up to five speakers anywhere in the room that the software calibrates to become an Atmos setup. LG says SoundSuite offers 27 different speaker configurations, from two speakers to a 13.1.7-channel home theater system.

LG says its 2026 premium TVs will have FlexConnect compatibility on board, and the company will offer that capability for some 2025 models. Pricing and availability for the LG Sound Suite have not yet been announced. The competitive TCL Z100 soundbar retails for $300.
