Retro games manufacturer Ayaneo has finally revealed the design of its first Android phone, which was… Excited Since August. Fittingly, this is also a throwback to 2011 Sony Ericsson Xperia Play.
The Pocket Play has a screen that slides up to reveal a full suite of internal physical controls, including a D-pad, ABXY fact buttons, and two circular touchpads. There are two sets of shoulder buttons around the back of the phone as well, although there’s no sign of a 3.5mm headphone jack.

It actually is second The Xperia Play tribute we saw this year, next RG chip from Anbernic. The Pocket Play looks sleeker than the RG Slide, and should be able to replace your phone, rather than just for gaming — and we expect it to cost a lot more than the Slide’s $189 price.
