When it comes As for Pokémon Cyber Monday deals, you’ll be hard-pressed to find any worthwhile discounts on the trading cards themselves. (I know because I’ve been searching for days, with the help of my Pokemon-collecting friend who I greatly appreciate for his help.) Any of these discounts are few and far between, and they sell out almost instantly thanks to our old friends, the scalpers (shake fist). Check your local card stores for cards that aren’t terribly priced compared to MSRP. But if you’re shopping for a Pokémon fan, there are still some Cyber Monday sales worth checking out that will make great gifts, and I’ve rounded them up below.
We haven’t hand-tested everything on this list, but we know WIRED readers are looking for Pokémon giveaways. For additional discounts on hand-tested equipment, check out our list of Best Cyber Monday deals.
WIRED Special Offers:
Backpack clips and bag charms aren’t going away anytime soon. This little Pikachu Squishmallow can be clipped onto either, and can I just say he’ll look extra adorable tied to a stocking on a certain holiday morning? I can attest to the clip’s durability—I have a similarly luxurious charm from the brand that I’ve carried to music festivals across the country. It’s still sturdy despite being exposed to situations a keychain shouldn’t have to endure.
This art kit comes from Crayola and would be especially good to have on hand if your family is traveling for the holidays. There are a few different variations on sale at different prices for Cyber Monday. Each comes with themed coloring pages, plus stickers and art supplies, all housed in a handy carrying case.
There are a few giant 20-inch Pokémon Squishmallow toys for sale, but I’m a fan of Roulette’s because he was the first to play with me. Just look at his little face! If you prefer other Pokemon types, you can also save Pikachu, Sprigatitoand Torchic While supplies last. The 20-inch Squishmallow is my favorite size because it basically doubles as pillows or backrests while I relax.
