WIRED special offers
Theragun Relief is the latter Therabody devices 2023and remains the cheapest yet – at a lower price than the Mini. For the price, you miss out on some premium features, like the LCD screen, but it’s equipped with more than the average gym goer needs. There are three head attachments (standard ball, dampener, and thumb) and three speeds. Plus, it’s compatible with the Therabody app for guided warm-ups and recovery. Battery life is up to 120 minutes, and it’s lightweight, weighing in at 1.37 pounds.
For sale or not, Theragun Pro Plus This is still great, however, if you’re training hard or just want the best Massage gun In the market, it earns its keep. Seven attachments, built-in vibration and heat, and near-infrared LED therapy. There’s also a guided breathing mode, which syncs with the heart rate sensor. It would be overkill for most people, but athletes and Gym lovers Would appreciate the upgrade.
Therabody’s Black Friday sale drops the price of one of my favorite skincare tools to $140 (or up to $136 at Amazon and Best Buy). Provides hot and cold therapy to help reduce puffiness, promote circulation and enhance product absorption. The temperature remains constant throughout the six-minute cycle, and a quick flash at the midpoint tells you when to switch sides. Unlike ice rollers that crack if you forget them in the freezer, the inflatable wand only requires charging. It is too Travel is essential for me (TSA friendly too). The cold weather is comforting after long flights, but honestly, it’s just a calming little ritual no matter where you are.
Therabody recently launched an affordable version of Theraface mask– TheraFace Glo Mask (On sale for $330down from $380) — but after testing both, I prefer the OG. The Glo’s vibration modes feel more like buzzing in the head than comfort. The original mask provides a gentler, more comfortable massage with better coverage and pressure points around the brow, temple and scalp. You can choose a three-minute targeted treatment or a nine-minute course across the three wavelengths. It’s lightweight, wireless, and also comes with a display stand (the Glo doesn’t), making storage painless.
I’ve experienced a lot Compression shoesand JetBoots Pro Plus are the best performers on the market. The standout feature is the built-in infrared LED therapy, which helps reduce inflammation and speed up muscle recovery. It’s still $1,000, but it’s more accessible with a $150 discount. If you are thinking about compression shoes, these are the ones you should buy, and now is the time too.
SmartGoggles combine gentle heat, vibration and massage therapy across your temples, eyebrows and forehead, melting away any facial tension in minutes. The contoured lining conforms to your eyes, providing weight-like compression. It’s my go-to remedy when I have a headache, and although I (thankfully) don’t have chronic migraines, it is a soothing blackout remedy to use in a quiet room. If you suffer from insomnia or just need some screen-free time before bed, this is a perfect way to enjoy restful sleep.
After trying several Sleeping masksThe TheraFace sleeping mask is my favorite. The contoured lining is plush, and the adjustable strap stays in place, even when I toss and turn all night. Features gentle vibrations with three different patterns designed to help soothe your mind while you sleep. The vibrations are so subtle that you barely notice them, and they can be positive or negative depending on your preference. It also produces some noise, which, again, may be viewed as a plus or minus, depending on whether you appreciate soft hums while you’re trying to sleep.
The PowerDot Uno is also discounted ($190, $60 off)but Duo It is the best buy if you want to get the most out of TENS and NMES technology. The capsules mean you can treat both sides of a muscle group at once, reducing session times, and helping the adhesive bandages last longer. It is Therabody’s most targeted stimulation device, designed to accelerate muscle recovery, enhance performance and relieve pain. I experienced some connectivity issues during testing, but if you can tolerate the occasional glitch, the Duo is a useful recovery tool, especially for menstrual pain relief.
You can buy a Foam roller It costs less, but the WaveRoller offers five different vibration frequencies to enhance the traditional experience. It also provides deeper pressure on your muscles for maximum tension relief. Compatible with the Therabody app, you can follow guided routines for post-workout warm-up and recovery. Ideal for improving mobility, promoting circulation and reducing pain.
Previous references Haley Sprinkle She said this skincare tool made her skin smoother and brighter with continued use. Includes detachable magnetic heads for micro-current therapy, percussion and LED light therapy: blue, red and infrared light. It’s also compatible with TheraFace Hot and Cold Rings (sold separately), which provide cold therapy for puffiness and heat therapy for product absorption. If you can afford it and want to pamper yourself, this is an all-in-one tool that’s a great alternative to a TheraFace mask or Depuffing Wand.
