Apple TV pulls The Hunt due to plagiarism allegations

When one of them is shot, one of Rex’s friends returns fire, killing one of the attackers, according to Book description:

From there, Rex and his companions head off and head back to civilization. Rex decides not to contact the authorities about the killing, betting that rival hunters will act the same way…. He searches for the identity of the murdered man and tracks down his widow. She reveals that her deceased husband’s companions claim that he was killed by a stray bullet.
