Flaviar’s Whiskey Advent Calendar is seriously the best gift for a spirits lover

This holiday season, my all-time favorite is the reimagining of the tradition with a vintage aviation theme that pays homage to the glamorous golden age of air travel, accompanied by 24 bottles of fine spirits to ease into the holiday.

The limited edition calendar, presented in packaging designed to resemble a miniature luxury suitcase, contains 24 different whiskey samples, each housed in a 50ml bottle and representing a different distillery/destination. The collection includes bourbon, rye, Scotch and Japanese whiskies, and also includes a surprise offering of Cognac.

The calendar costs $270. Pre-orders are open now, with purchases made this week guaranteed to arrive before the Thanksgiving holiday.
