Netflix House Philadelphia may give you the creeps, but here’s a look

Imagine entering a world where you can take a photo with Derpy, the blue tiger from KPop Demon Hunters. That opportunity is here now, with the grand opening this week of Netflix House Philadelphia. The retail destination is a love letter to the masses and just opened at the King of Prussia Mall on Wednesday. You can shop for themed merchandise, take photos, play games, or even order food and drinks like Saja Boys soda.

As they walk through the red entrance – inspired by the company’s historic red DVD cover – fans will enjoy a flurry of art and activities drawn from favorite characters and titles such as Stranger Things (Byers’ living room is replicated here), Squid Game, Bridgerton, Demon hunters in kpopAnd One Piece, Love Is Blind, and WWE Raw.

Netflix It plans to open another location in Dallas in December of this year, and there’s also a Las Vegas location on the Strip on the horizon for 2027. We’d love to know what other cities are on the list (Atlanta, perhaps?) so we can add them to our list of entertainment hotspots. But for now, let’s take a peek at what Netflix House Philly has to offer.

What is Netflix House and what can you do there?

Designed as an immersive experience with fans in mind, Netflix House goes beyond the streamer’s pop-up experiences with a permanent gathering space. Retail and entertainment destinations are planned in three cities so far, with the King of Prussia shopping center opening for the first time.

The Philadelphia location spans over 100,000 square feet and features a mural created by a local artist, as well as a few store items that celebrate the city. This is in addition to TV shows, movie screenings, games, menu items and an indoor Tudum Theater that can accommodate 229 guests who want to watch Netflix instantly. The theater will also show live NFL games, WWE events and local programming, the broadcaster said.

You can eat in Netflix Bitesthe on-site restaurant that prepares dishes like Red Bite, Green Bite (fried chicken with dipping sauces), Featherington French Toast, Hellfire Club (a cleverly named sandwich), and Nonna’s Sauce (a pasta dish inspired by… Nonas), HUNTR/X Power Up Sam (grilled pork with kimchi), or Scoops Ahoy Milkshake. Other cocktails, mocktails and drinks include The Morticia, Streaming Optimism and Saja Boys Soda Pop (banana flavored, of course).

What about fun things you can do? Well, there are VR games of Stranger Things and Squid Game, and mini-golf where each hole is related to series like One Piece, WWE Raw, Bridgerton, Wednesdays, and Is It Cake? Or the floor is lava.

Wednesday (and Enid) fans arrive at the Eve of the Outcasts festival and get lost on the floor playing carnival games, along with entering Nevermore Academy to play Wednesday Addams games, such as Piranha Pursuit and Feeding Time Frenzy. You can explore Wednesday’s bedroom, Enid’s dorm room, the principal’s office and a path full of hidden clues that you can text Wednesday and Thing about. Once that’s done, there’s an hour-long interactive One Piece activity that puts fans on a journey to find the Devil Fruit.
