Kirby Air Riders World Test Ride: When to start, how to participate and more

As the year comes to a close, Nintendo still has a few major titles coming up Switch 2.

One of them, Kirby Air Riders, is scheduled for release on November 20, but you don’t have to wait until then to check out the game. There will be a global online quiz for players interested in the racing game featuring Nintendo’s famous mascot.

The Kirby Air Riders: Global Test Ride takes place November 8-9 and November 15-16, and spans several 6-hour sessions. Those who participate in the test will be able to check out three courses for free before the game is officially released.

Details about the global testing were revealed last month during Kirby Air Raiders Direct #2. Game director Masahiro Sakurai showed off the new game, a follow-up to the 2003 GameCube game, Kirby Air Ride. For example, Road Trip mode allows players to compete in challenges and races while learning more about the story of why Kirby and his friends are on this journey. Swap Relay is a new type of race where players swap machines during the race. There is also VS. Boss Mode, where players cooperate to take down big bosses.

Kirby Air Riders features 16 courses for players to race through, and numerous customizations are available for each player’s device.
