This fully covered pizza oven is $800 off right now

All-Clad cookware brand This year surprised me. This summer, I entered the world of backyard pizza with my first pizza oven, which I love as well as any I’ve tested this year. What is good in the oven? the Fully gas powered pizza oven Heats up quickly and reaches 900°F after 20 minutes. It’s well insulated, comes with a very accurate built-in thermometer, and is made of the sturdy stainless steel that All-Clad is known for.

But especially, the All-Clad pizza oven comes with a rotating pizza stone that takes away a lot of the fuss and hassle of cooking pizza evenly. Instead of having to nervously hover near the pizza peel, flipping each pizza before its butt burns, all I have to do is launch the pizza into the middle of the pizza stone.

The oven does the rest, rotating the pizza at a rate of one revolution every 40 seconds or so. It’s not a foolproof method, as you have to place the pizza in the center of the pizza stone to get even cooking, but it is a game changer. This is especially true if I’m making several types of pizza in one go. This means I’m able to make another pie while one is still turning and baking.
