India makes some differences Advent calendars (This web page refers to the year 2024, although it is recent.) This giftable box is my favorite. The packaging is sturdy, stable and festively decorated. Each of the 24 drawers holds five individually packed pyramid tea bags, so in total you’ll get 120 tea bags (and it’s nice that the box doubles for storage, if you don’t have room for all of those bags). The tea is perfectly dried and delicious. Soak a bag in 200 milliliters of hot water for two to five minutes (each bag has specific instructions and brewing tips, including whether or not you should add milk, and how to brew it if you want iced), and you’ll soon have a wonderful, comforting cup of comfort.
My favorite so far is the original Indian tea, which tastes unlike any other tea I’ve ever had. It’s rich, earthy, fragrant, and wonderful. There are other unique flavors I’m looking forward to trying, like Turmeric and Hibiscus Rose, as well as some more popular blends like Chamomile or Earl Gray Citrus. One percent of the company’s revenue is donated to Teach meIt is a program that helps educate children of farmers in India. The products are also climate and plastic neutral. Finally, unlike some other consumable Advent calendars, this one expires in two years – so you have plenty of time to enjoy its contents. If you’re a tea lover or enjoy gifting a warm beverage during the cold winter months, this is a no-brainer.
