Today at this year’s New York Comic-Con, HBO made the announcement Knight of the Seven KingdomThe six-episode first season will begin airing on January 18, 2026. Based on Martin’s story Tales of the donk and the egg The novel takes place decades before the events of A song of ice and fire, Knight of the Seven Kingdoms The film narrates the adventures of Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey) and Prince Aegon Targaryen (Dexter Saul Ansell).
In the newly released trailer, no one truly respects Ser Duncan – a humble knight eager to prove his worth and become a known figure throughout the kingdoms. But Aegon sees the big man as a potential ally who can help him travel to him Ashford in the long run. The two make an unusual pair in a land full of knight/squire duos that seem even more formidable. But the trailer shows some of how Dunk and Egg are set to become players in some of the most important events in the history of Westeros.
The trailer is made Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Seems a little more fun than HBO latest game of thrones spin off. But like Dragon Houseit looks like the new show will have no shortage of battles and fire-breathing monsters, which will make it an exciting watch when the show debuts next year.
