Stelseries Arctis Nova Elite Review: $ 599 for excellent perfection

A mixture of aluminum and stainless steel materials also makes Nova Elite more stable than the plastic Nova Pro, which makes it better for me. I have a fairly large head, so the Nova elite is comfortably compatible with my ears, rather than a little loose like Nova Pro. Although the active noise that cancels NUB inside the ear cans sparked my anger on the original Nova Pro, I do not even notice this on the elite.

All these improvements of materials and comfort are paired with a headphone for games: Hi-RES wireless sound. You can flow 96 kg / 24 bits more than 2.4 GHz with the joined Gamehub Dac or via Bluetooth with LC3+. It is dreaded to be prepared thanks to the complex sound interface in Windows, and as soon as you are enabled, you will really need the right game or the audio file to know the difference.

Omniplay, as Stelseries calls it, mix the sound from up to four sources. You can chat on Discord on your computer with the Gamehub 2.4GHz wireless connection while listening to the Xbox game using a USB-C connection, listen to Tiktok videos on your phone via Bluetooth, and even get the sound from another source through the AUX 3.5 mm port.

Although I used in the first place Nova Elite with my computer, Stelseries also contains a mobile application that allows you to control EQ levels and even sound settings for key devices or operate mobile devices. These pre -settings have already impressed I admired the Arctis’ Arctis games, which are equally great in the Nova elite, allowing you to use EQ levels for more than 200 games.

These pre -settings are also available in the GG app on Windows. The GG app trits Windows Clunky sound and makes it easy to manage the microphone you want to use and whether you want the sound to play from amplifiers or screen when turns off headphones. Gamehub also includes a cargo berth for the Nova Elite battery. Like professionals, the elite comes with two batteries, so you never need to worry about the battery life. Each battery lasts about 30 hours of use, and when it is low, you can simply switch it with charging in Gamehub. I love this system a lot, and I hope all the headphones are for the games.

The only thing I found annoying in this headphone is low alerts. 15 percent of the battery, the headphones begin to operate a low alert tone every five minutes. There is no other indication of what is going on, and the sound is close enough to the Internet chat robots that continued to search on the rocked browser tab at the beginning. When the battery reaches 8 per cent, it plays a more urgent tone, and it begins to light on Gamehub Dac in flashing. There is no really need to warn 15 percent.

After testing the Nova elite last month, I do not want to return to Nova Pro. The changes are often so hidden that I only notice them when I return, but then they are clear. The use of Nova Pro after using Elite seems to return to the 60 Hz Panel after upgrade to a high -updated screen.
