Samsung brings ads to us

Samsung adheres to innovation and enhances the value of every day for home appliance customers. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance this value, we are conducting a pilot program to provide promotional offers and coordinated ads on some samsung family refrigerator models in the United States market.

As part of this experimental program, Family Hub refrigerators in the United States will receive an update of Over-The Network (OTN) with service conditions (T&C) and privacy notification (PN). The advertisement will appear on some screens of the refrigerator family hub. The cover screen appears when the family axis screen is idle. Advertising design format may change depending on the options for customizing the family axis for the cover screen, and the advertisement will not appear when the cover screen will show a technical position or photo albums.

Ads can be rejected on cover screens where ads are displayed, which means that the specific ads will not appear again during the campaign period.
