4. For three years it ends on November 1, 2027, Google may not share the revenues created by the Google Play store with anyone or entity that distributes Android applications, or stated that it will launch or consider operating an Android application system or store.
5. For a period of three years it ends on November 1, 2027, Google may not make a payment or share of revenue or access to any Google product or service, on an agreement by a developer of applications to launch an application first or exclusive in the Google Play Store.
6. For three years it ends on November 1, 2027, Google may not make a payment or share of revenue or access to any Google product or service, on an agreement by a developer of applications not to launch on a third -party Android applications platform or store a version of applications that include features that are not available in, or differ from a copy of the application provided on the Google Play store.
7. For three years, it ends on November 1, 2027, Google may not make a payment or share of revenue or access to any Google product or service, according to an agreement with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or telecommunications company to install the Google Play Store on any specific location on the Android device.
9. For three years it ends on November 1, 2027, Google may not require the use of Google Play in the apps distributed on the Google Play store, or prevent the use of the application methods within the application other than Google Billing. Google may not prevent a developer from communicating with users about the availability of a payment method other than Google Play. Google may not ask for a developer to set a price based on whether Google Play bills are used.
10. For three years it ends on November 1, 2027, Google may not prevent a developer from communicating with users about the availability or pricing of an application outside the Google Play store, and may not prevent the developer from providing a link to download the application outside the Google Play store.
13. Within thirty days of the date of this matter, the parties will recommend the court a technical committee of three people. Epa and Google will choose one member of the Technical Committee, and these two members will choose the third member. After the appointment by the court, the technical committee will review disputes or issues related to technology and operations required by the previous rulings. If the technical committee is not able to resolve the dispute or the case, the party may ask the court a decision. The Technical Committee may not extend any specific deadline in this matter, but it may recommend that the court accept or refuse to extend it. Each party will bear the cost of compensation for the committee member appointed in the party for their work in the committee. The fees for the third member will be paid by the parties in an equal share.
