ACURA’s RSX is the taste of what will come with Honda Zero

ACURA restores the RSX sedan as a distinctive electric cross and a great appearance. The first model is an engineering designer At home on the new Honda World EV platform. This is the same platform that will eventually support the zero chain of cars, which is expected to enter production next year alongside RSX. Suffice it to say, the revival RSX is a big deal for Acura and its mother company.

The first model RSX is making his first universal appearance this week in two events in the Monterey Week: The Quail Motorsports Gathering and Pebble Beach Concours d’legance. Acura says she will collect RSX in Honda’s EV Hub in Ohio, on the same production line as Acura Integra, starting from the second half of 2026.

The initial model RSX depends on EV concept This was revealed in the Monterrey week of the car last year. The initial model maintains a lot of sharp angles that gave the concept a boat -like look. But although it is definitely not like a wild appearance like a concept, the front facade of the first model is firm and in your face, with similar lights during the day that compensates for the acura logo in the middle. Acura says that the complete rear rear of the intended width is a tribute to the second generation of NSX, and it is completed by the new “Acura” logo that was sprayed across the rear door. (In other NSX news, Honda said it expects a “NSX” electric car in business for 2027 or 2028.)

Acura does not launch none of the main specifications yet, and this is logical because this is still just a preliminary model. So we will have to wait a little longer to get to know the scale, battery size, acceleration and price. The preliminary model is installed on the 21 -inch edges, with the bright red caliphs of the large front brebo brakes that reach its peak. The silhouette -like silhouette is definitely a coupe and Fastback roof line will be an indication of impressive performance possibilities.

In another first for Acura and Honda, the initial RSX can be a mobile power unit that can operate other devices, including a full house. The increasingly dual -direction charging has become a very required feature in the new EVS, so the Acura tries to advance in this direction with RSX.
