Flexport Tech’s Tech’s Tech’s Convoy sells two years after buying it

Flexport announced on Monday to Dat Freight & Analytics, but she refused to reveal the conditions.

“Over the past 18 months, we have rebuilt and restarted the Convoy platform as a neutral digital charging implementation class that serves brokers, airlines and trucks throughout the market,” Flexport Ryan Petersen said in a statement. “This investment resulted. The platform is now stronger, more used, and much more valuable than it was when we acquired it. Since the caravan platform matured, it was clear that to achieve its full potential, it should be a neutral structure.”

Petersen wrote that the sale of Convoy will allow its company to “concentrate the capital and energy on our basic works” to help customers transfer shipping all over the world.

The sale comes just a few months after Flexport’s announcement of a set of Acting tools, and a plan to launch waves of new products for their customers twice a year- Ansailed approach from Airbnb Brian Ceski CEO.
