VSHOJO failed and managed the company in the position they all witness.
So today, I share the difficult news of the closure of VSHOJO, and take full responsibility for the decisions that led us to this point.
I have been doing everything I could to collect donations and the company of the ship in the past few months, but despite my efforts, we are in a worse mode, and those who care about now pay the price.
Over the past few years, we have collected about $ 11 million to follow a bold approach from the first talent in VTubing, and to set the priorities of creators and society on short -term profits, to achieve long -term sustainability. Our financing was transmitted directly to our facilities through generous divisions, first investments, infrastructure, concerts, events, and the Agency’s first creative approach. However, despite all our efforts, the company failed to generate the revenues we need to maintain this model, and in the end he ran out of money.
In addition, I acknowledged that some of the company’s money was collected regarding talent activity, which later learned that it was dedicated to a charity initiative. At that time, we were working hard to collect additional investment capital to cover our costs, and I believed a firm belief, based on the information available to us, that we would be able to do this and cover all expenses. We were not successful in the collection efforts. I made the decision to continue financing, and I have its consequences.
I am very sorry for all talents, employees, friends and members of society who believe in our brand. You do not deserve this.
