Bluetti’s Handsfree 1 is a solar backpack that loves hate

Can you love and hate something evenly? This is the relationship that I have Bluetti 1 backpack. For $ 349, you get a large 42 -liter backpack and a slim sun generator 268.8 hours built on long -term LFP battery cells that can be recharged up to 200 watts of connected solar panels. It features a USB-A and two USB-C port with a single AC 300W socket to run modest devices such as Starlink for a full work day.

I was traveling all over Europe with it on my truck for several weeks. On the one hand, I would like to be able to store all my country equipment inside one giant bag, including DSLR, lenses, Starlink MiniDrone and console, motion camera and accessories, laptop, Ecoflow 45W solar panel and relatively giant power plant capable of recharge MacBook Pro about three times.

On the other hand, the ugly backpack that appears to be designed by an electric engineer wandering in the plumbing. Its brutal construction lacks an ounce of ingenuity, despite its weight of 5 kg / 11 pounds before adding any of my equipment.

But there is something that can be said about the ability to run and bear the entire remote office setting on my back, even if it is only for short distances due to weight.

Bluetti makes larger, even heavier, Hands 2 A group of 60 liters of back, 512 watts, and 700 watts directed by the frequency current. I did not review it because I am not crazy.

Both the backpack is covered in cloud pockets and malli tapes to tie almost anything, including a solar panel if you are desperate energy on the way. The Jobro Mountain is even directly baked in the shoulder belt. Camera equipment is supposed to be stored in the large central section that features the division of foam that can be mixed around a variety of pre -defined Velcro attachments. The bag is only resistant to spot, however, Bluetti throws in the rain fly.

Various panels can be hit on both sides of the bag to detect all the inputs and outputs of the solar generator. This is a nice touch – that big battery never needs to leave the bag. The port activity can also be managed and monitored via Bluetooth from the Bluetti app.

The bag supports a lot of up to 30 kg (66 lbs). I am out of the network today, so I can’t weigh my full slave, but it is close to the maximum. Fortunately, everything on the back of the backpack is modified so that you can contact your favorite weight distribution across the shoulders, chest and hips. But the gear extends away from the back until walking with a fully loaded bag requires a big customer to face the pendulum effect.

Look, I hate the aesthetics of this Bluetti backpack, but I cannot deny its functional attractiveness. It can serve as a blessing for photographers or workers from the distance of those who need to maintain energy and communication while spending the day in this field. As a mobile workplace, it resembles the evil twin Peak Design New Roller ProOnly Bluetti removes wheels and throws a solar generator with the least money.

You can buy Only 42 -liter backpack for $ 169 If you never read this review, or get a full set of Bluetti’s Handsfree 1 with backpack, battery and 60W solar plate very portable in Bluetti For $ 399.
