The game developers conference, an annual gathering that brings thousands of gaming developers to San Francisco, has just concluded. While most of the event revolves around communication and interesting conversations about the design of the game and technology, there was also a set of independent games that we did not review. Yes, a lot of video games may be defined in 2025 by Nintendo Switch 2 and Grand Theft Auto VI. But based on the games we played, there may be some fun nicknames that may be huge successes this year as well.

Below are some of our preferences that we look forward to.
